"Spirits of Malmo" is a mixed-use floating building located in the historic shipyard of Malmo. The design incorporates the Bilberry plant, selected to fulfil the project brief that required the inclusion of a species. These bilberries are used to flavour the gin distilled on the ground floor. The building houses 54 apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, offering ample external space. Designed to float, the structure can be relocated in response to rising sea levels or moved to a new location as needed, ensuring adaptability to future environmental changes.
